Manage enrollments and course roles#

From the instructor tab in the LMS platform, instructors can control the enrollments and roles designated for the course.

Manual enrollment of learners#

Instructor users can enroll manually one or more learners using the membership tab in the instructor panel on the LMS site. In order to enroll one or more learners, the instructor will only need the list of emails or usernames.

In case a particular email is enrolled in the course, but it is not yet linked to a user in the platform, the enrollment will become a pre enrollment, or invitation to the course, and it will be converted into an actual enrollment once the person who has been invited registers in the platform to create their account.

Similar to the enrollment process, the same functionality can be used also for unenrolling one or more learners at a time.

Course team management#

From the course team management section under the membership tab in the instructor panel, instructors can define how the course team will be, and how they will manage the course.

There are multiple roles that can be assigned to a particular user in the course.
